Acceptance of these Terms

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) form an agreement between you and Evolution Services Group LLC (“Evolution Services Group,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) concerning your access to and use of evolutionservicesgroup.com and any webpage that links to these Terms (collectively, the “Website”).

By accessing or using the Website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Website. You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into an agreement to use the Website to request services. If you use the Website for a company or another person, you represent that you are authorized to act on their behalf.

Website purpose and service area

The Website provides general information about residential, commercial, recurring, deep, move-in, move-out, post-construction, and related cleaning services offered by Evolution Services Group in New Hampshire, Maine, and Massachusetts.

Website content is provided for general informational and marketing purposes. Service descriptions, examples, photographs, availability, promotions, and other content may be updated without notice. The Website does not guarantee that every service is available in every location or for every property.

Quote requests, bookings, and pricing

Submitting a contact or quote form, calling us, sending an email, or using a communication widget does not create a binding service contract, confirm an appointment, or guarantee availability. A service is booked only after Evolution Services Group provides confirmation and any required service terms are accepted.

• Quotes are based on the information available when prepared and may be revised if property conditions, scope, access requirements, requested tasks, frequency, or other material details differ.
• Prices, promotions, service areas, and availability may change. Unless expressly stated otherwise, promotions cannot be combined and may be subject to eligibility, scheduling, or geographic restrictions.
• Website photographs and descriptions are illustrative. Actual results depend on property condition, materials, maintenance history, access, and the agreed scope of work.
• We may decline or discontinue a request when the work is outside our service area, capabilities, availability, safety standards, or business policies, subject to applicable law.

Your information and responsibilities

When requesting or arranging services, you agree to provide complete, current, and accurate information. You are responsible for promptly notifying us of changes that may affect the quote, schedule, scope, access, or safe performance of the work.

Where applicable to a confirmed service and as further stated in your service-specific documents, you are responsible for:

• Having authority to request services at the property;
• Providing lawful and reasonably safe access at the agreed time;
• Disclosing known hazards, fragile or high-value items, damaged surfaces, pests, biohazards, security systems, restricted areas, and other material conditions;
• Securing pets and valuables as reasonably necessary;
• Providing working utilities when required for the agreed cleaning service; and
• Following preparation or access instructions included in your booking confirmation or service agreement.

Payments, rescheduling, and cancellations

Prices, deposits, payment timing, accepted payment methods, late charges, rescheduling terms, and cancellation terms—if applicable—will be stated in the relevant estimate, invoice, booking confirmation, service agreement, or other written communication.

The Website itself does not replace those service-specific terms. You are responsible for reviewing them before confirming a service. Nothing in these Terms limits cancellation, refund, warranty, or other consumer rights that cannot lawfully be waived.

Electronic communications

When you contact us electronically, submit a form, or provide an email address or telephone number, you consent to receive communications related to your inquiry, quote, appointment, or service through the contact methods you provided. Electronic communications satisfy any requirement that communications be in writing to the extent permitted by law.

Where permitted and with any consent required by law, we may also send cleaning tips, offers, or promotional communications. You may opt out of promotional email by using an unsubscribe link or contacting us. Opting out of marketing does not prevent service-related communications.

Acceptable use

You may use the Website only for lawful, personal, or legitimate business purposes. You must not:

• Use the Website in violation of any applicable law or another person’s rights;
• Submit false, misleading, fraudulent, harassing, defamatory, unlawful, or malicious content;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Website, accounts, systems, servers, or networks;
• Introduce malware, harmful code, automated abuse, excessive requests, scraping tools, or other technology that disrupts or burdens the Website;
• Interfere with security features, access controls, forms, analytics, or Website operation;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, authority, affiliation, or intentions; or
• Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, frame, mirror, or commercially exploit Website content except as expressly authorized in writing.

Intellectual property

The Website and its text, graphics, design, logos, photographs, videos, service names, layout, and other original content are owned by Evolution Services Group or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Website for its intended purpose. No ownership right is transferred to you. Evolution Services Group’s name, logo, and branding may not be used without prior written permission.

User content, feedback, and reviews

If you voluntarily submit feedback, a testimonial, review, photograph, message, or other content directly to us (“User Content”), you represent that you have the right to provide it and that it does not violate law or another person’s rights.

When you specifically authorize content for publication, you grant Evolution Services Group a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, format, and display that authorized content for the purpose disclosed to you. You retain ownership of your original content. Reviews submitted directly to third-party platforms are also subject to those platforms’ terms and privacy practices.

We may decline, remove, or stop displaying User Content on channels we control when it is unlawful, inaccurate, misleading, infringing, abusive, irrelevant, or inconsistent with these Terms.

Third-party links, content, and services

The Website may include links to, content from, or integrations with third parties, including social networks, review platforms, video players, maps, analytics providers, advertising services, payment providers, or communication tools. These third parties are independent from Evolution Services Group and may apply their own terms and privacy policies.

We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, products, content, availability, security, or privacy practices. A link or integration does not necessarily mean that we endorse every statement, product, or practice of the third party.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranty that the Website will always be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, current, complete, or free from harmful components.

We do not make warranties through the Website beyond those expressly stated in a signed service agreement or other written service-specific document. General Website information is not professional legal, health, environmental, construction, or property advice.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions. In those jurisdictions, the exclusions apply only to the extent permitted by law.

Limitation of liability and indemnification

Website liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Evolution Services Group and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, revenue, profits, goodwill, or business opportunity, arising from or related to your access to, inability to access, or misuse of the Website.

This Website limitation does not replace any liability terms in an applicable service agreement and does not exclude or limit liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-waivable consumer rights.

Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Evolution Services Group and its owners, employees, contractors, and representatives from third-party claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful misuse of the Website, your material violation of these Terms, or User Content you submit in violation of another person’s rights. This obligation does not apply to the extent a claim results from our own unlawful conduct.

Privacy

Our collection and use of personal information are described in our Privacy Policy. By using the Website, you acknowledge that online transmissions and storage systems are not completely secure. Do not submit Social Security numbers, government identification numbers, medical information, or full payment-card details through general contact or quote forms.

Governing law and general terms

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to any non-waivable right to bring a claim elsewhere, disputes concerning the Website will be brought in a court of competent jurisdiction in New Hampshire.

If any provision is held unlawful, invalid, or unenforceable, it will be enforced to the maximum lawful extent and the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent. We may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, reorganization, sale of assets, or transfer of the Website or business.

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any service-specific document that applies to you, constitute the applicable agreement regarding the subject matter they address. Headings are for convenience only.
